Please read these quick tips before making a purchase to ensure a smooth delivery. By continuing to checkout, you agree to our server's store guidelines.

Checklist Before You Checkout

• Double-Check Your Username: Make sure you enter your exact Minecraft username (case-sensitive) when signing into the shop. If it's misspelled, the items won't know where to go!

• Clear Your Inventory: Ensure you have enough empty slots in your in-game inventory before purchasing items or opening crates so nothing drops on the ground and despawns.

• Be Patient with Delivery: Tebex usually processes payments instantly, but it can take 5 to 15 minutes for commands to run in-game.

Refund & Server Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Because these are digital items, we cannot offer refunds, reversals, or exchanges once purchased.

• Chargeback Warning: Any attempt to open a dispute or chargeback through PayPal or your bank will result in an automatic, permanent ban from the Solder SMP server and the entire Tebex merchant network.

• Rules Still Apply: Buying a package does not grant immunity from our server rules. If you are banned for cheating, griefing, or toxic behavior, your purchases will not be refunded.
