  • How long does it take to receive my purchase? Most packages are delivered in-game within 5 to 15 minutes after a successful checkout. If you are online when purchasing, you may need to wait a few moments for the system to process the command.

  • What payment methods do you accept? Through Tebex, we securely accept a wide variety of payment methods, including major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options depending on your country.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind? No. All purchases made on the Solder SMP webstore are final. Because these are immediate digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reversals under any circumstances.

  • What happens if I get banned from the server? Purchasing a package does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking our community guidelines (such as cheating or griefing), you will lose access to your packages, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Can I transfer my ranks or items to another account? We do not offer package or rank transfers between accounts. Please make absolutely sure you are signed into the store with the exact Minecraft username you intend to use.
