1. Wait 30 Minutes

Sometimes payment processors or Tebex queues experience slight delays. Please give the system up to 30 minutes to automatically process and deliver your items in-game.

2. Check Your Requirements

• Make sure you entered your Minecraft username correctly at checkout.

• Ensure your in-game inventory isn't completely full.

3. Open a Discord Ticket

If you've waited 30 minutes and still haven't received your package, please do not open a dispute with your bank or PayPal (as this triggers an automatic network ban). Instead, reach out to us directly:

• Step 2: Head over to the #support or #tickets channel.

• Step 3: Click to open a Store Support Ticket.

• Step 4: Provide your Minecraft username and a screenshot of your Tebex transaction receipt.

Our staff team will review your ticket and manually force-deliver your items as soon as possible!
